운영 일정&시간이 어떻게 되나요?
'25년 5월까지, 매주 목~일 16~21시 운영됩니다.
* 하절기(7-8월): 금~일, 17~22시 운영
* 운영일정 변동 또는 기상에 따른 휴장 시, 인스타그램 및 knock-knock.kr 공지

행사 장소가 어디인가요?
서울시 광화문광장 옆 세종로공원입니다.
(광화문역 1,8번 출구, 경복궁역 6번 출구 근처)

공연은 언제 열리나요?
공연은 시민분들이 많이 방문하시는 주말, 주요 연휴 위주로 운영됩니다.
공연이 있는 경우 해당 주에 인스타그램 및 홈페이지(knock-knock.kr)을 통해 안내드리니,
넉넉 인스타그램을 팔로우하시면 편리하게 안내받으실 수 있어요

음식을 먹다가 남으면 가져갈 수 있나요?
모든 음식과 음료는 일회용품 절감을 위해 '다회용기'에 제공되므로, 공원 밖으로는 다회용기를 가지고 나가실 수 없어요!
바쁘시더라도 다회용기/컵은 꼭 비치된 분리수거함에 반납해 주시면 감사하겠습니다

K-푸드 페스티벌인데, 왜 타코나 츄러스 등의 음식들도 판매되고 있나요?
넉넉 페스티벌에서는 전통 한식 뿐 아니라 퓨전 한식들도 함께 판매되고 있습니다.
한식이 아직은 낯선 외국인, 아이들도 보다 친근하게 한식에 두드릴(knock-knock) 수 있도록,
김치 타코, 팥 츄러스, 뻥튀기 젤라또등의 다양한 퓨전 한식들도 판매되고 있음을 안내드립니다.

주류를 판매하고 있나요?
주류는 판매되고 있지 않습니다.
(푸드트럭은 식품위생법상 휴게음식점으로, 주류 판매가 금지되어 있습니다)
다만, 가벼운 주류를 사서 가져오시는 것까지는 제한하고 있지 않으니 참고해주세요
(과도한 음주는 삼가주시길 부탁드립니다)

What is the operating schedule & time?
'Until May 25, we are open from 16:00~21:00 every Thu~Sun.
* In summer(July-August): Fri~Sun, 17:00~22:00
* For notices of closure due to weather or change in operation schedule, refer to instagram or knock-knock.kr

Where is the venue for the event?
It is Sejongno Park next to Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul.
(near exits 1 and 8 of Gwanghwamun Station and 6 of Gyeongbokgung Station)

I'm a foreigner, how can I pay for it?
International cards(VISA, MasterCard, AMERICAN EXPRESS, JCB),
international easy payments(UnionPay, WeChat Pay, Alipay) are accepted (cash payments NOT accepted).
Also, kiosks at the venue support English, Chinese, and Japanese, so don't worry about it!

When will the performance be held?
The performance is mainly operated on weekends and major holidays.
If there is a performance, we will inform you through Instagram and homepage(knock-knock.kr) in the week, so don't forget to follow our instagram!

Can I take out the food if there's any leftovers while eating?
All food and drinks are provided in "multi-use containers" to reduce waste, so you cannot take them out of the park.
I would appreciate it if you could return the multi-use containers&cups to the separate collection box

It's a K-food festival, why foods like tacos and churros are being sold too?
In addition to traditional Korean food, fusion Korean food is also sold at the festival.
Various fusion Korean foods such as kimchi tacos and red bean churros are also being sold so that foreigners and children who are not yet familiar with Korean food can "knock" on Korean food more familiarly.

Do you sell alcoholic beverages?
Liquor is not on sale.
(According to Food Sanitation Act, food trucks are prohibited from selling alcohol.)
However, there is no restriction on buying light liquor and bringing it. (Please refrain from drinking excessively.)
